Residential Sites
Richard has experience working on large scale residential projects for developers such as Countryside, Bovis Homes, Taylor Wimpey & Barratt Homes.
I provided the working drawings for the houses in Garden City, Ebbsfleet Phase 2 in 2021 for Countryside Properties. The development was about 250 units.

The work involved detached and terraced properties, including substructure and superstructure details throughout the site. Some of the work is shown below.
Richard is an expert at providing site external works layouts & house type / apartment working drawings and details. He has a history of working with developers during working drawing phases on sites of more than 200 units at a time, from Planning, to Tender to Construction.

Residential projects is where my experience shines. I can provide detailed drawings for the full site. I provide detached or terraced plans & elevations to suit the project in detail as well as full street scenes and external works layouts.
