ProMap
ArcTec can provide clients whose residential properties do not have existing architectural plans with a full survey & drawings in order to provide the base for a future planning application or design.

Below are examples of survey drawings. They are generally quite basic & include dimensions, areas & sometimes scheduling. At the bottom of the page are site & location plans, examples of how ArcTec utilise ProMap ordance surveys & incorporates them into my planning applications.
Richard is registered with ProMap. ProMap is a ordanance survey provider & have full drawing surveys of the UK. They provide their surveys in various drawing software formats which ArcTec can then incorporate into their applications in the form of location & site plans (see planning tab for an example of this).
An ordnance survey is often the base for site plans or planning large scale developments so it is usually the case that a ProMap or ordnance survey will be required for planning applications & working drawings,
